We had a great stay at Surfside as we always do, the host was very helpful and very communicative. We had an amazing view from the balcony as well as walking distance to the beach. I recommend for any trip to Destin.

We had a great trip and really enjoyed our stay! Julie was wonderful to work with — she always got back to me right away and was very helpful throughout our stay.The condo could use a little deeper cleaning, but the view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. We spent a lot of time out there just enjoying the view. One thing to be aware of is that the threshold at the door is quite high, so it’s easy to trip over if you’re not paying attention.We also really enjoyed the hot tub each evening. The bar across the bridge was another fun stop! Speaking of the bridge, it’s a very nice addition and convenient to have, although I had originally thought it was almost a necessity since I had never been to the area before. In reality, it’s just as easy to cross the street, so don’t feel like you have to use the bridge every time.The chairs that the resort provides each day were also a very nice added touch and made our beach days even more enjoyable.And the beach — oh wow! It was absolutely stunning. The sand was soft and white, and the water was so clear and beautiful. There were definitely more jellyfish than I’d ever prefer to see (lol), but of course, that’s completely out of anyone’s control.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. We would happily come back!

Absolutely loved every minute of our stay! The condo was large and comfy, and we greatly appreciated the ease of access to the beach and pool. It was definitely nice to have parking, and it was so kind of the owners to pre-buy an umbrella and chairs.

Enjoyed our stay, pool was nice and the view from our room was nice. Only thing wrong the hot tubs weren’t working. Had a nice condo and our hostess was very nice.

Great stay, perfect for any Topeka event at the concert venue. Clean, well organized, with a wonderful patio with a sunrise and shade in the afternoon.Our refrigerator compressor went out but that happens, our hist tried to get service on a Sunday. It did not impact our stay nor was it because of old or outdated appliances. Just bad luck.Highly recommend, no issues.

Really enjoyed the well equipped kitchen! All the tools needed for enjoyable cooking! Highly recommend this unit as it has split bedrooms with the great living room area in the middle.

Perfect Place!

This was the perfect place for our stay. Views of the water from all rooms. Everything we needed was there. Communication was great and entry was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay!! The owner had great communication. We like that the Surfside complex has a pool that is heated (not cold in October like other area resorts) and has 2 hot tubs. The unit was great and has a great view of the sunrise, the beach, and the pool. We enjoyed the beach umbrella and chair service that was provided by this owner. Only con - The master bed mattress is very firm, so we added egg crates to make the bed more comfy. We’d stay here again - 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents all enjoyed the stay.

Girls Beach Vacation

Loved the condo, it had everything that we needed! The location was so convenient, very close to the grocery store and lots of restaurants in walking distance. The beach chairs & umbrella were a great bonus and the beach bonfires were fun. The property manager; Julie made everything so easy with detailed check in and check out information. Loved the view from every room in the condo and balcony was perfect for late night visits.

Spring break for a family

We stayed here with our four children and loved it! It was in the perfect location. Easy access to the beach. There were a lot of college kids in the area but even with that, it was not loud. Had a blast would choose this condo again!
