Beginning with booking this place, everything was pretty seamless. Even before we left, I had a few questions and Julie (property manager) got right back with me. Check-in was very simple. Just had to stop at front desk to get parking pass and codes for beach access. We arrived at check-in time, so it was a little busy and all the carts were in use. No biggie. I will tell you, this is a pretty big resort and there are only two elevators. At peak time, it takes a bit. This is my biggest complaint. However, we took the stairs up and down (we stayed on the 7th floor). No big deal; a little exercise never hurt anyone. Condo was clean for a rental. (I’m very OCD and it’s very hard to have things to my level of cleanliness, so if I say that it’s clean for a rental, that’s a good thing.) We had one issue the first night we arrived with a toilet not flushing. I called Julie on Sunday evening and maintenance was there the next morning while we were at the beach. (Because is COVID-19 restrictions, they are not allowed to be in the condo at the same time it is occupied.) Condo is very spacious. We had 8 individuals: 4 adults and 3 kids (7, 8 & 9). Plenty of room and the kids had their own little bunk room to go to to play and watch tv. Beds are a little on the firm side, so if you like a firm mattress, you’ll love it. Not horrible, just a little more firm than I like. Resort beach area is very nice. “Beach boys” were very friendly, helpful and kept the area clean. Came through several times picking up loose trash. Overall, a wonderfully enjoyable time. Would stay here again if we come back to this area. Definitely recommend!
