Hi Thank you for your four star review. I am glad you enjoyed the serenity of the uncrowed beach , gulfront pool and spent quality time with your family. Im a bit confused about the perks.We dont manage this unit with any realty company and if you paid more money for perks it would be for a 2/2bath as this is the only 3/3 bath in the complex sleeping12 I am also not sure about chipping paint on the walls in kitchen and hall.Kitchen is all cabinets and appliances,it doesnt have any walls .Hall is fine No chips on walls I am sorry about the tear in sofa arm That was done by a previous renter before you arrived,it is fixed now. I dont recall any other tears on the sofas. The white coverings are there to save the sofas from multi stains during the season,they can be washed and dried easily Beach Service is available to you every morning... You could have asked for the beach service phone number to make non waiting arrangements beforehand but honestly I dont know if they set up beach service to be waiting for you. I do ask for the unit to be broom swept clean before you leave, it would be very hard for the cleaners to clean if there was sand all over ,bottles, crumbs and numerous amounts of trash on the floors and if I am not mistaken broom swept clean is very standard in most beach checkout instructions Thanks and Happy Travels to you! .

Hi Barbara , Thank you for your review Im glad you loved the location,spectacular views and the very private uncrowded beach. I think many travelers love the location, very small complex, the amount of private beach space there actually is on the shoreline and the great sleeping capacity. There have been many upgrades made in the last two years.. Dining furniture, stainless appliances ,washer /dryer, new outdoor furniture, new bedroom pieces,mattress and more.The condo itself is very clean and very comfortable The pictures depict the unit exactly the way it is. Im glad you really liked the cleanliness of the condo as you stated when you walk walked in... You mentioned oudated,but again the pictures depict the unit exactly. I know you were a little upset that an 11AM checkin was impossible as another traveler left at 9:30 that morning and you also wanted a very late checkout which again isnt reasonable when there is a turn the same day. Your arrival date was Saturday the 22nd not March21st.I think you got confused because you told me you stayed at a hotel the night before. Thanks for coming and enjoying our beautiful beaches and,we wish you happy beach travels in the future!

Hi Carol Thank you for the feedback. I am glad you enjoyed the great location the walking to the restaurants and the very private beach ,pool and the beautiful view from both balconies. I did have the cleaners go in and do extra cleaning to dust the decorating apparel And give the floors an extra clean. Sorry about the beachy decorating I think it is a personal choice some people love it. All in all I hope you had a good time and you will return to Destin again..

Hi Laura, Thank you I am glad you loved the condo and all its views and location.. You should have called and let us know of your cleaning issues when you arrived or shortly thereafter.. Most travelers love this unit and find it clean and bright for their entire stay.. That being said we went in and had a deep clean done after your departure and paid extra attention to your comments after reading this review.. Thank you and please come again, ........
