Perched in front of the Morzine valley, the SASKIA FALAISE residence sits in the heart of the pedestrian resort of Avoriaz. The establishment has been awarded the "Clef Verte" label, and invites you to recharge your batteries and let go in a comfortable setting that is absolutely timeless.

The SASKIA FALAISE residence is divided into 9 buildings which blend perfectly into a dream setting called "the doors of the sun".

The apartments are cozy, incredibly bright, and offer panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

In the summer, the resort is busy with sporting events such asmountain biking, hiking, golf or rock climbing. In the winter, you can treat yourself to an ice diving session, or even a snowmobile or dog sled trip, for an unforgettable stay.

The Aquariaz, a tropical aquatic center is at your disposal for a warm and playful break.

You will also have the privilege of receiving a “Loisipass”, to benefit from the many and varied activities of our local partners.

Terrible customer service from Mont Blanc booking

The property is exactly what you would expect from Saskia Falaise, although more down at heel & poorly equipped than most. The worst was the customer service from Mont Blanc Booking. At the last minute (I was in the building) they demanded a picture of my credit card (despite me sending them the info, I did not have an actual picture) and only their incompetence let me in to the apartment - even as they were denying me access over the phone, the email with the key code came through! Then they lied repeatedly about there not being a ski locker, despite me sending them a photo of said locker, and failed to deliver the sheets & towels I ordered. Any attempt to lodge a formal complaint has been dodged. Do not use Mont Blanc booking, there are plenty of other Saskia Falaise options - I have had excellent experiences with Pierre et Vacances for example.

Bonsoir,C'est la première fois que je réserve une location par vos soins dans un si mauvais état.Le studio n'était pas propre à notre arrivée, et il mérite une sérieuse remise en état (vitre de la table à cuisson cassée, serrure de la SdB HS, nombreuses tâches sur la moquette, les murs et la literie... Je vous conseil de ne plus relouer ce bien en l'état, et apprécierai une compensation de votre part.Dans l'attente de vous réponseBien sincèrementHervé Gourcy
