Orientation East South for the living area. View on Mont Blanc, Mont Joly, Rochebrune and the ski slopes. North orientation for two independent rooms with view on Megeve, the Jaillet and the Aravis.
Classification Furnished accomodation: 3 stars.

A room of 9 m2 is equipped with a bed of 160 * 190 cm convertible into 2 beds of 80x190.
A room of 12 m2 is equipped with 2 beds of 90x190.
A room of 14 m2 attic is equipped with 2 beds of 90x190 cm .
The living room, oriented South, with sight on Rochebrune, with color television large flat screen with TNT. Complete kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher.
2 bathrooms: 1 bathroom has a bath with mixer tap and shower, a sink and a washing machine. The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower and a vanity unit.

Duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases and towels are not included in the rental price. They are to be provided by the tenant or to be rented on site.
