A private, indipendent villa in the Val di Chiana, shaped by genuine Tuscan hospitality
Set in the green landscape of the Val di Chiana, just a short drive from Cortona, La Dimora di Castroncello offers a stay that feels both private and personal.
What makes this villa truly special is Elisa, the owner. Passionate about local food and deeply connected to the area, she welcomes guests with a natural ease that makes the experience feel less like a rental and more like being hosted. Whether it’s a cooking class, local recommendations, or simply a warm welcome, her presence adds a genuine, lived-in dimension to the stay.
GARDEN, POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING
The villa is surrounded by a large, fully fenced park, with open garden spaces and a small stretch of woodland.
● Swimming pool (6 × 12 m) and large jacuzzi for relaxed afternoons
● Two gazebos and shaded areas for outdoor living
● Outdoor spaces designed for slow meals, quiet moments, and time together
During the summer months, guests can also enjoy Elisa’s vegetable garden — picking fresh tomatoes and herbs to use in their own cooking.
Your villa booking includes dedicated support from our local travel experts Francesca and Ambra before, during, and after your stay. Included in your rental rate is a custom pre-arrival itinerary tailored to your personal style, as well as full assistance with extra services and logistics along the way: from airport transfers and private chef to guided wine and bike tours. You’ll also enjoy a smooth, in-person check-in with a dedicated vila representative and 7-day concierge support, giving you total freedom with complete peace of mind.
