Ground floor bathroom. Inside you will find a neat living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Cot and High Chair available. To the outside you are welcome to explore the farm and can meet the animals, and the friendly Alpacas. Located in a quiet rural setting but within easy driving distance of both the coast and the moors, Pond Meadow is an excellent retreat in a beautiful part of Cornwall. Note: Three well-behaved dogs welcome, with fenced garden. Sorry, no puppies or cats allowed at the property. On-site parking for 2 cars with EV Charger on site. Additional public parking available nearby.

Here the south west coastal path passes over a range of high cliffs and through secret rocky coves. Inland, the countryside gives way to the slopes of Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor can be reached in 40 mins.
