Amazing break

This is one of the best Villas we've stayed in on Fuerteventura. The views are fantastic, situated on a quiet area about 20 minutes walk to the nearest shopping centre and beach, its perfect for an escape to unwind. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the Terrace is perfect to dine or relax on the sofa with the windbreak protecting you from the Fuerte breezes. The host was excellent and we will definately be back.

Fantastic Villa and Views

The Villa is very spacious and clean. The views over the ocean are stunning. The villa has everything you need and is modern. The pool and pool area is great. Communication with the host was very prompt and helpful. I would highly reccomend.

An absolutely superb villa - highly recommended

The villa is simply beautiful. Very spacious, clean and offering a fantastic view of the ocean. The pool area is wonderful, equipped with multiple loungers and a brick built barbecue. The location is superb with local shops just a 5 minute drive away. For a family, the villa offered lots of options including inside and outside dining, a comfortable lounge area and wifi. The host was wonderfully helpful and quick to help whenever needed. I would heartedly recommend this place and I will undoubtedly be back.

Excellent villa

Stayed at Perla Azul for 15 days in July with daughter and granddaughter. Super villa with plenty of room inside (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Super pool and great outside space. Facilities listed a hot tub but there isn't one. Villa is well equiped with everything provided

This was a fantastic break. the apartment was really well appointed with a location that gave it real privacy from the rest of the villas that are part of the development. Fantastic views out to sea, and close enough to the towns, shops and bars that it is easy to get into the action if you want it. we liked the fact we could easily get to beaches and restaurants, but then retreat back to the peace and tranquility of the villa when we wanted to relax by the pool. you do get a bit of noise from the aircraft as the flight path to the airport takes them along the west coast, but it really wasn't an issue.

Sensationeller Ausblick

Wir waren 2022 bereits in diesem Haus und mussten leider feststellen, dass alle Mängel wie defekte Stühle, nicht funktionierende Außendusche, kaputte Kaffeemaschine, lose Toilette, loses Waschbecken sowie nicht zu benutzender Safe immer noch vorhanden waren.

Gute Lage, geringe Adaptierungen an der Ausstattung des Hauses notwendig, Licht, Wasser Türen, Toiletten, einige Gerätschaften in der Küche, ...aber sonst alles in Ordnung. Besonders toll fanden wir den Windfang auf der Terrasse, abends sehr angenehm beim Sitzen auf der Terrasse.

Gemütliches Haus mit Meerblick.

Ich stimme Nickel - Olej S.s Kommentar zu. Mit der Ausnahme, dass bei unserer Ankunft alles sauber war. Per Whatsapp wurde auf Fragen und Bemerkungen sehr schnell reagiert. Z.B. bei nicht genügenden Handtüchern. Das nächste Restaurant „Algo Mas“ ist nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und das Einkaufzentrum ist in 30 Minuten ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren zu sechst (4 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) und alle können alle diese Villa weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Haus mit sensationellem Ausblick

Ich möchte vorweg nehmen, dass es sich beim dem Haus um eine tolle Unterkunft gehandelt hat und wir dort eine mega gute Zeit verbracht haben. Leider weißt das Haus und das Mobiliar jedoch schon sehr viele Gebrauchsspuren auf. Der Safe konnte nicht benutzt werden wie auch die Außendusche. Trotz Meldung an den Vermieter wurde nichts instandgesetzt. Ebenso die hintere Toilette, wo mein kein Toilettenpapier rein werfen durfte. Als 4-köpfige Erwachsene mussten wir uns erst einmal eine größere Kaffeemaschine anschaffen sowie einen Grillrost, da der vorhandene total verdreckt war. Vielleicht handelt es sich bei der ein oder anderen Anmerkung um Befindlichkeiten auch was die Sauberkeit der Innenräume betrifft. Hier müsste mal gründlich alles abgewaschen werden, alle Türen, Türgriffe und Fronten der Schränke. Ich denke wir haben das Haus sauberer verlassen als wir es vorgefunden haben. Leider waren wir auch gezwungen die Bettwäche und die Handtücher zu waschen, da wir keinen Ersatz zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen haben. Wir würden das Haus dennoch weiter empfehlen und werden (wenn die Mängel behoben werden) bestimmt wieder kommen. Da das Haus und der Ausblick alles negative überwogen hat.

Dreaming kn the Palacf of thousand winds

We had s great stay at s great place. Gorgeous sea view in a quiet place. You feel the sea breeze but you can hide at the pool. Perfect location for discovering the island. Perfect for families, too. Very friendly and responding owners. Clean snd cozy. Try the restaurant near ghe golf vlub house. Grest food. Of fo xouf own barbecue!

Muy buena estancia

Está muy bien, muy tranquilo, integrada entre otras residencias y prácticamente sin ruido de coches. Un poco alejado para ir andando, por lo que se necesita coche para todo.
