It consists of two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe, with a balcony to the outside, and another bedroom with two single beds that overlooks a quiet inner courtyard.



The living room, dining room, and kitchen are integrated into a single, spacious area for the guests' comfort. It features a large dining table, a sofa bed, and the kitchen is fully equipped, with a lovely breakfast bar. All this with beautiful light, provided by two large balconies facing the street.



The bathroom is modern and practical, with a large shower where you can relax.

IMPORTANT: This property is exclusively available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Stays for tourist purposes are not permitted.



The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments or care of a family member) and will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory through the MitHouse app, where identity document photos of the guests will be requested.



Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment has a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests must comply with the established rest periods at all times.



The registration process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, before accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in, between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM, involves a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
