The apartment:



Located on a quiet street, in a small building where good sensations are breathed upon entering. The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator.



It is an exterior apartment with an independent bedroom. Both the living room and the bedroom have a small balcony facing the street, which makes it very bright.



The decoration has been carried out with great care, taking care of all the details so that the rooms are as pleasant and welcoming as possible, an objective more than achieved. To this end, colour mixtures, quality art pieces and carefully chosen furniture have been used.



It has capacity for 3 people since it has a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, where a round table has also been placed next to the kitchen to work, read, eat or simply chat.



The room is divine. Very romantic. It is next to a full bathroom with a shower at the back.



A fantastic choice that will fall in love. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within approximately 200 metres of the apartment.

Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
