Likewise, it is surrounded, without the need for long journeys, by a long list of Museums, Cinemas and Theatres.

The NoMad building has been completely renovated to offer apartments with quality in all its materials and extraordinary comfort of a level above average. The centralized air conditioning in all floors and magnetic entry keys with electrical supply control are just some of the examples that denote the effort we put into making your stay perfect.



The apartment is a stunning, very bright attic with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

The flat also has 1 full bathroom with shower and 2 private terraces, one with access from the living room and the other from the kitchen, which give the apartment a spectacular brightness. In the living room we find a dining table for 6 people and a comfortable sofa bed with easy opening for 2 people. In the kitchen we have all kinds of appliances that will make life easier (fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher). In addition, the property has air conditioning in all rooms as well as individual heating. A real luxury in the heart of Madrid!

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
