Welcome to the cosy holiday flat "Casa Carla" here on beautiful Lake Garda!
Located in a quiet corner, above the lively old town of Garda, this large ground floor flat with private entrance and private fenced garden, living room with large dining table, satellite TV, separate kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (sleeps 6 in total), offers everything you are looking for a relaxing and restful holiday!
In the large and bright living room, with traditional wooden furniture, there is a dining table for 6 people, a satellite TV and a sofa bed.
In the separate kitchen there is a table with 4 chairs, a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, a gas cooker, a dishwasher, a toaster,
a German coffee machine and you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals or quick snacks. From the kitchen you have direct access to the green garden to the front.
Large bedroom with double bed there is a wardrobe and the French doors open to a small outside balcony to the rear.
Second bedroom there is a bunk bed, a desk with chair and a large wardrobe.
There is also a large bathroom with a window, bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and a sink with mirror.
In the second bathroom with a window, there is a washing machine, a toilet and a large sink.
Air conditioning in the hallway, clothes horse and an iron with an ironing board are also provided.
Outside, next to the entrance of the flat, there is a large wooden table with benches to enjoy the warm summer evenings.
The large and green garden offers enough space for children to play or to take a siesta under the olive trees.
There is also a smaller table with chairs and sun and deck chairs are available for our guests.
You can park the car and take a short walk to reach the centre and the lakeside in about 900 metres.
Check-in from 15.00 to 19.00.
Check-out at 10.00 in the morning.
Obligatory taxes not included (to be paid in cash on arrival):
- Tourist tax for the municipality of Garda, € 2.00 per person per night (from 14 years).
- Late check-in: after 7pm € 30,00 / after 10pm € 50,00 will be charged.
Optional extras on request (payable in cash on arrival):
- Bed linen and towels: € 12,50 per person per change or you can bring your own and save the final price. Reservation required.
- Pets are welcome on request, + € 20,00 per pet for the whole stay.
- Early check-in or late check-out is ONLY possible upon request and subject to availability.
It can only be communicated two days before arrival/departure, additional costs will be charged.
