This never should have passed VRBO inspection

When we saw this apartment we refused to accept it. It was dirty, squalid, and paint was chipping off the walls; the pictures on VRBO bore no resemblance to the reality. The owner never got in touch with us until the day we were supposed to arrive. We finally found another place some thirty miles away for which VRBO should reimburse us. To rent such a place is a scandal and a scam. VRBO shall certainly hear a great deal more from me when I return to the U.S.
