Description: portion of a recently renovated villa divided into two two-room units. New and fully equipped.
First floor. Living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette – double bedroom – bathroom with shower cubicle. Air conditioning in living area, washing machine and dishwasher. Animals are not allowed. Free parking on the street.
The price includes:

- consumption of water, electricity and gas
- 24 hour on-site assistance
- initial and final cleaning
- the supply of bedroom and bathroom linen for all beds in the house
