The Hafen 12 offers rooms in the most central area of ​​Bremerhaven. The accommodation is close to popular sights such as the Technological Museum "U-Boot Wilhelm Bauer", the Bremerhaven Zoo and the Historical Harbor, all of which are a maximum of 10 minutes' walk away and can therefore be easily reached on foot.

The rooms at the guest house all have a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private / shared bathroom (depending on room choice) and a wardrobe. There is also a shared kitchen, free WiFi in all areas and a 24-hour front desk.

Das Zimmer war soweit okay, aber hatte weder Stuhl noch Garderobehaken. Klobrille hatte einen Riss, Duschvorlage nicht gewaschen.Aussicht auf Hinterhof, verwahrlost.Küche: nur 2 Gabeln, Messer, Wasserkocher defekt, ein einziger Topf benutzbar, wenig Sitzgelegenheit.Hafenstraße sehr zentral, gute Busverbindung, viele Geschäfte, Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig.

Eiseskälte

Unser Zimmer war spartanisch möbliert ohne Schrank, Tisch oder Stuhl. Es war keins der beiden inserieren De Luxe Zimmer. Unsere Bettdecken waren hauchdünn und völlig ungeeignet für die bis zu - 6 Grad kalte Nacht. Trotz der von meinen Eltern wohlweislich mitgebrachten Daunenbettdecke haben wir noch sehr gefroren. Nach meiner telefonischen Beschwerde am nächsten Tag wurde uns ein viel schöneres und besser ausgestattetes Zimmer gegeben und wir konnten das alte noch weiter als Zugang zum Balkon nutzen. Das war klasse. Nichtsdestotrotz zu teuer und auch noch ohne Frühstück und WLAN funktionierte auch nicht, was ein weiteres Nogo ist. Schade.

Very nice but two flaws

First, the cleanliness was top and the manager was very nice and helpful. The location is very good also as it is a 10 minute or so walk to the main attractions, shopping areas and a supermarket. Two things should be improved. First, the internet is very weak and practically useless, so a business traveller would be unhappy, as well as anyone else who needs to have WIFI for work or pleasure during a stay. Secondly, in the kitchen, there is no hot water in the sink or water pressure that makes cleaning of dishes/cutlery much more difficult. If these two items could be fixed, this place would get full marks.
