Fantastic Stay

We stayed at this beautiful little coastal house for our honeymoon and it was perfect. Close enough to everything we wanted to see but quiet enough to get away from the bustle of town. The couple who owned the house were also very friendly and supportive when we needed them. Will definitely stay again!

We are sorry that you felt the flat was not as you expected. The faulty window catch was fixed the next morning and we notified you by phone and sent a video to show it in full working order. You made the decision to leave the flat and not return despite our very best efforts to make your stay comfortable. Your aggressive attitude to us and our neighbours who have complained to us was also not helpful.

A lovely place in Mumbles

Loved the apartment with all the amenities and, in particular, the view of the bay from the large window in the living room. Also the easy access to Verdi's (one of our favorite places in Mumbles)! Will definitely come back again!!

A spotless property which was really well equipped and very comfortable. The views are just stunning - could just sit and watch the bay all day. Owners were easily contactable and very helpful. Car parking space is a bit tricky if you’ve a larger vehicle but you can park outside at certain times. Highly recommend for easy walks into beautiful Mumbles centre.

Fabulous apartment! Beautiful views of Swansea Bay. Close to all amenities and just across the road from Verdi's restaurant. Rather tight getting into the undergroundparking bay. But otherwise a wonderful apartment that I would certainly consider renting again.

This flat is an amazing location right across from the bay and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Important note - pay attention to what they say about the size of your vehicle. The parking space is no joke. Loved being able to sit in front of the huge window and look out over the bay. Beds were comfortable.

Lovely flat

Great location, very prompt with any queries, not sure if the heating is working correctly, thermostats say 21 actual temp is definitely lower.

Sorry you felt a bit cold Paul. The heating has been very reliable in the past but we will definitely check it out. It was such a shame that you visited at the same time as Storm Darragh that hit the Welsh coastline. We hope it didn't spoil your stay.

Well presented apartment in a good location, very suitable for exploring the Gower. Underground parking was wet and difficult to manoeuvre our large car.

70th Birthday and trip down memory lane

We had a wonderful stay and Jan & Wayne were very helpful and quick at replying to any questions we had. The apartment was exactly as it is pictured and is in a stunning location for all you could want from a trip to Mumbles. Would highly recommend this apartment and Jan & Wayne to anyone wanting to visit Mumbles / Swansea and surrounding areas. The fact the apartment comes with parking is a very big bonus.

We are an active couple who enjoy being outdoors but like coming back to a comfortable apartment where we can enjoy the everchanging view of the bay and sit and read or watch T.V. We enjoy eating good food and love cooking but also enjoy eating out and having a glass of wine in one of the many local bars and restaurants.

This property is in the heart of Mumbles , on the coast path and the gateway to the beautiful Gower Peninsula. It is also only 5 miles from Swansea Marina and the hustle and bustle of city life . We can walk and run from the door, swim from just across the road and relax in one of the many local bars and restaurants. There are many independent and high street shops so we are well served by all amenities.
