Rent Luxury Villa Majestic with Pool in Istria and enjoy your vacation in a perfect setting by the sea. This splendid 5-bedroom villa in Istria is equipped to the highest standards and offers a perfect oasis for family and friends.
Located on a private plot of 2500m2 of land that extends to the sea, Luxury Villa Majestic offers a residential area of 513 m2 and large Mediterranean gardens.
The huge swimming pool (50 m2) on the main sun terrace offers refreshment on hot summer days. It has a countercurrent swimming system. Heating of the pool is charged extra 45€ per day.
Villa Majestic has direct access to the sea. A private pathway leads from the villa, through the gardens, directly to the sea. In less than a minute’s walk you will reach a private sun pontoon. The villa also offers free boat mooring.
Inside the villa,there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with all appliances and kitchen utensils. Outdoors there is a high quality gas grill and an outdoor dining table.
All 5 bedrooms have private bathrooms with shower. Four bedrooms have large king-size beds, while one of them has twin beds (two single beds).
The relaxation mission can be enhanced in a special wellness zone where you will find infrared and a Finnish sauna. Furthermore, there is a fitness room with cardio equipment.
Streaming your favorite TV shows and music here is easy. The villa offers high-speed Wi-Fi internet access, a Bose audio system and Smart TV. Moreover, here is the PS4. For more fun here you can play billiards and darts.
The luxurious Villa Majestic with pool offers complete privacy and security. The villa manager is available to guests on a daily basis to assist with all bookings. A private chef or spa services in the villa can be easily booked on request.
The peaceful surroundings of the luxurious Villa Majestic offer peace and relaxation. The nearby town of Labin is 7 km away. Here you can find several excellent restaurants and bars. Pula Airport is a 1-hour drive away, and many coastal towns in Istria can be visited in a short drive.

Diese Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Wir konnten uns nichts Besseres vorstellen. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und die Wohnung hat alles, was Sie brauchen. Es ist wie zu Hause, Sie können mit allen notwendigen Geräten kochen, grillen oder einfach auf der schönen Terrasse entspannen. Check-In war super unkompliziert und er hat uns bei allem rundum geholfen. Der Vermieter überraschte uns auch mit etwas frischem Obst, Wasser und Saft im Kühlschrank. Machen Sie dieses unvergessliche Erlebnis und genießen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in Rabac.
