Parking is in the streets of the urbanisation itself, accessible only to those who are staying there. There is no parking space available.

In the autumn of 2020, renovation works have been carried out in the house. Modifications in the kitchen, replacement of the mattresses, change of the TV for a new smart TV, painting works and changes in the decorative clothing of the house.
