The "Riviera" is a small three-story residence situated amongst trees and meadows. It consists of 10 apartments and is located just 600 meters from the center of Cecina Mare. The property is fenced and covers an area of 4,500 square meters, featuring trees, a 12 x 5 meter swimming pool, which is available seasonally from May 20th to September 30th, and is open from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm. Guests can also enjoy table tennis, an arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, and a children's playground.

Inside the residence, guests can take advantage of a bar and WiFi, as well as a washing machine, which is available for shared use at an additional cost. Linen and towel changes are also available for an extra fee. Parking is available on the premises. The sandy beach "Marina di Cecina" is a short 650-meter walk away. Nearby attractions include Livorno (40 km), Pisa (60 km), Lucca (90 km), and Florence (120 km).

"Riviera 10" is a spacious 4-room apartment that spans 60 square meters and is located on the second floor. The apartment is designed to accommodate a group of 8 adults comfortably.

The apartment features practical furnishings that include a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, a dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning. There is also a room with a french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) and two rooms, each with two beds (80 cm, length 190 cm).

The apartment has an open kitchen equipped with 4 gas rings and a shower/WC. For added comfort, the apartment has heating and air conditioning.

The apartment has a patio that is roofed and furnished with terrace furniture. For families with babies, a baby cot is available. The apartment also has internet access (WiFi, extra).

Pet owners are welcome to bring their furry friends along, as the apartment allows for 2 pets/dogs.
