The small shopping center of Santa Maria del Focallo is 2 km from the property, providing everything you need within easy reach. And to explore the wonders of the coast, you can quickly reach the beautiful beaches of Marzamemi, San Lorenzo and the Vendicari Nature Reserve.
Casa Blanca is surrounded by greenery and offers a solarium area equipped for enjoying the Sicilian sun and relaxation. The furnished outdoor veranda is perfect for outdoor breakfasts and dinners, while the barbecue allows you to prepare tasty grilled dishes. Private parking for 2 cars completes the offer of outdoor spaces.
The interiors of Casa Blanca are furnished in Mediterranean style, with particular attention to detail and comfort. The air-conditioned living area is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen. A fast Wi-Fi connection makes this villa in Sicily a perfect place for digital nomads to work on vacation.
Casa Blanca has three bedrooms, ideal for accommodating up to 6/8 people. Two double bedrooms with air conditioning offer space and comfort, while the third bedroom has a fan and single beds that can be joined if necessary. On the ground floor, in the living room, there is an extra double sofa bed, very comfortable and cozy. Three bathrooms with walk-in showers guarantee privacy and functionality. One of the bathrooms with shower and laundry is located outside. Next to the entrance gate, you will find a practical outdoor shower useful upon returning from the beach. In addition, guests will have 2 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella at their disposal.
Electricity consumption included up to 150 kw per week (21 kw per day). In case of excess consumption, an extra amount of 1.10 cents per KW will be required.
