Domus Sbirciò is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, a connecting space includes an ancient, fully enclosed well, a patio, and a living room, with a suggestive cave that adds a touch of unique charm. On the first floor, two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a modern and equipped kitchen, a bright terrace, and a studio-living room with a library and TV offer comfortable and functional spaces. The house has been carefully renovated, using traditional materials such as Modica stone and pitch stone, and natural colors, thanks to the work of local artisans. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning. Electricity consumption is included up to 120 kWh per week (approximately 17 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kWh.
