Outside, there is ample off-road parking for 6 cars and a rear enclosed garden with lawn. The Three Tees is an exceptional base for a family holiday to Cornwall.

This property is situated in a residential area. Note: This property sleeps a maximum of 10 adults. Note: No hen or stag groups, house parties or similar permitted. Note: The sitting room doesn't have seating for all guests (see photos) but there is also a games room with sofa and chairs and a large dining room.
