This new place is a jewel, one bedroom, 1 shower room with a 40 sqm terrace and a jacuzzi spa. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the port in a small building of 12 places. There is a communal pool. Recently renovated to a high standard and all new furniture. It is an easy walk to all the shops and the old town.

There is a 120 euro cleaning and linen fee due on arrival in cash.

High speed internet for working remotely and a smart TV. There is high quality linen and a well equipped kitchen, oven, micowave, dishwasher and full fridge. The bedroom has a large unique window wall. There is aircon in both rooms. lots of free street parking. Spectacular views from the large terracce. very quiet and the spa is a welcome feature after a long day of touring. The building has a shared pool May thru October.
Rated 4 star by the french tourism board.
Gay friendly. dogs welcome

Super place
Very comfortable apartment, clean and well laid out for a small space. Internet, appliances all worked perfect. Good communication with Molly throughout. The bus stop 5 mins away very handy for trips into Nice. We had great weather for October and the mosquito screen allowed us to keep the patio door open. Also having a parking spot was a bonus. Would recommend.

Amazing apartment!!
We had an absolutely amazing stay. The apartment is pristine and well equipped. It has everything you need, and so modern. The host couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. As for the view from the apartment, it is everything. We spent hours staring out at the water and the impressive yachts sailing by - we even went out to buy binoculars to get a better look. Sitting in the hot tub, with a drink and the views was total bliss. Will most certainly be returning when we get the chance.

Very Nice, Molly the manager was awesome, helpful, had maps, bus pass, instructions for everything, showed us how to work everything. You'll get a good workout climbing the hills of Villafranche.

One of the best places we have stayed
We have just returned from 6 days at Villefranche-sur-Mer. The place is lovely but it was made more so by the wonderful accommodation. The apartment was as described but beautiful and spacious. It had everything you could wish for coupled with superb views. We loved the fact the apartment was modern and very trendy. The hot tub was fabulous after a long day. Molly looked after us well which was the icing on the cake. This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be returning. Thank you very much Molly. Best wishes Sue and Phil

I take care of this place for the Pristavu family. Purchased in 2020 by them and given a full renovation. Lots of love and care was put into this place to make it feel like a home away from home.
My name is Molly,
I am an American living in France. I love to share my knowlege of the area. If you have a special event I can help plan ahead. There is a concerige book with all the info you need about the place and the village. I will be there to meet you, collect the clean and linen fee and help you plan your week if you like. There will be fresh flowers to greet you from the market. If you would like me to pick up anything from the shops in advance let me know.

This is a very special place, great location right in the middle of everything you need. A car is really not needed, you can walk everywhere and public transport is easy. The spa has a view over the bay. Everything is new, it was recently renovated and has all new furniture and linen. Lots of bright, sunny colors and fun art. There are a good selection of French and english novels for your use. It is a very quiet spot and perfect to rest and restore. Furry friends are welcome!
