In Imperia Porto Maurizio, only 100 meters from the sandy beaches of Borgo Marina, this renovated loft is located on the 4th floor with elevator (only up to the 3rd floor) and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The space is bright and welcoming: open-plan living area with equipped kitchenette, double bed and sofa bed (140x190) suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. The bathroom is modern, with shower.
Included amenities: TV with Italian channels, wi-fi, washing machine, independent heating, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, microwave, fridge with freezer and induction hob.
Outside, a furnished terrace with table and chairs offers a pleasant spot for relaxing moments in the open air after the beach.
The location is a real highlight: everything is within walking distance. Restaurants, shops, mini-markets, pharmacy and the brand-new tourist marina are all close by.
Perfect for couples or families looking for a practical and comfortable holiday, with the pleasure of reaching the beach on foot.

It is not possible to reach the apartment by car. Parking is available nearby.
