This apartment has a spacious family room with a separate dressing area, a cosy lounge with a sofa bed and reading area, as well as dining for 4. The small kitchen is cleverly designed to make the most of the space and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience. The luxury bathroom has a spa bath and shower and is beautifully designed to ensure a relaxing experience. Free on-street parking is available nearby

Occupying the entire ground floor of a classic Edwardian townhouse, this spacious apartment is ideal for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxing coastal escape.

Step inside to discover a beautifully appointed space with high ceilings and thoughtful touches throughout. The highlight? A luxurious bathroom featuring a whirlpool spa bath – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the seafront or nearby attractions.

The apartment comfortably sleeps up to five guests. The large main bedroom includes two twin beds (which can be combined into a super king) and a single day bed, along with a walk-in dressing room and workspace. The living room features a plush sofa bed that converts into a double.

Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, convection oven/microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a second fridge. The open-plan living/dining area includes a dining table for four and a Smart TV with access to Now TV.

Spacious stylish retreat

Spacious basement garden flat well located to local shops and ferry. Has a great stay although found using the multi function oven a challenge.

Garden flat is tastefully furnished and has all the space you could possibly want every item you require to cook, entertain, relax. Comes with a utility room complete with washer dryer iron and ironing board plus a second fridge My host Charlotte is a delight as is Magdekana who services the flat

Bursting with Character, Albany Garden Apartment provides a peaceful getaway in the heart of Southsea.

Your hosts reside in the upper part of the building so are readily available to help. Benefitting from a (shared) garden, sit outside and watch the goldfinches in the garden, take a 5 minute stroll into Southsea or a 10 minute minute walk to Southsea Common or the Seafront. Gunwharf Quays and the Historic Ships are a short journey.

We are passionate about hosting and professionally manage a wide selection of properties in Southsea. Convenient for Fratton Station and close to bus routes, or bring a bike as Portsmouth is small, flat and everything is within a couple of miles. This apartment has bike storage available.
