This small Paris comes with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed which is very comfortable for your need. Newly completed basement in the famous and beautiful neighbourhood of Seton equipped with high-quality mattresses. Clean and glittering washroom with the air blow dryer, new towel Iron and cleaning materials in case you need them.

Dining & Kitchen: It is fully stocked for all your need for cooking utensils and all the appliances; blender, regular coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc.) An essential seasoning is provided as well as coffee, tea, creamer and splendid for your stay. We have a beautiful dining table area to enjoy your meals.

Entertainment: A 65 inches television and JBL surround system with a full cable package, including Netflix for your indoor enjoyment.

Terrible experience

We had booked this vrbo months in advance and prepaid. Upon arrival there was no parking available and we still hadn’t received check in information at 10pm. We were renting the basement suite so we knocked on the upstairs door in hopes to be able to contact the owners there because they wouldn’t answer their phones. We were told that the basement had people in it already and was unavailable. The woman at the door was confused and called her husband and he was very rude and wouldn’t listen just kept repeating it was unavailable. We told them we had paid and showed confirmation and booking number and were still turned away. I had even messaged two days before to get check in info and the man wouldn’t give it to me then said he would send it right before so this was not an accident. We believe they decided to get more money seeing it was stampede weekend. When we left we were not gone 5 mins and i got an email that we were refunded. Which was good but also showed that they were aware of our booking. It was gross to be treated like that. So at 10:30pm with 4 exhausted kids we had to try and find a place to sleep. Everything was so booked or extremely expensive. We didn’t get to sleep until 1:00am and were in a wedding the next day. The whole thing had such a yucky feel.

First time renter. Enjoyed this cute basement suite. There was a park nearby, shopping. Had to park down the street but that was no problem. The ac was a bit cold during the nights but I messaged and they just told me to close the vents, Which worked. They were very communicative. Overall the stay was good
