Noise must be kept to a minimum between 22:00 PM and 07:00 AM.
Disturbing or disrespecting neighbors is strictly prohibited.
Parties or events are not allowed.
Pets are not permitted.
At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older to check-in.
The number of occupants allowed in the accommodation cannot be exceeded, even by visitors.
A security deposit via bank transfer is mandatory upon check-in and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.
Compliance with these and other accommodation rules, as outlined in the Local Accommodation Book, is mandatory.
