Accommodation Rules:- Prohibited to make noise between 22:00 PM and 07:00 AM;- It is not allowed to disturb or disrespect the neighbors;- Parties or events are prohibited;- Pets are not allowed;- To check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years of age or older;- It is not allowed to exceed the number of occupants allowed in the accommodation, even if they are visitors;- It is mandatory to deliver a security deposit by bank transfer that will be returned within 7 days after check-out;- It is mandatory to comply with these and other accommodation rules, expressed in the Local Accommodation Book;- Days before your arrival, you will be contacted via mobile phone to arrange the time and place of check-in, and to find out if you have any special requests to be arranged before your arrival.
