Two bedroom Apartment in Riviera del Sol, Unique Urbanisation with side sea view

We always loved the Costa del Sol so we decided to purchase there on our retirement and found an apartment that from our experience of holiday homes in Spain would be comfortable for us to use throughout the year and for guests as it had both the en-suite and bathroom and spacious living area. The local area of Riviera del Sol and easy access to La Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola and Marbella and Malaga by local transport or car ensures there is always something of interest to do both in Summer with the many accessible beaches and also in Winter with many art galleries in Malaga, and other cultural events in the area plus the many varied cuisines available throughout the area.
We love the way the gardener works tirelessly to ensure the grounds are kept immaculately and with different flowering schemes to suit the season.

The view of Gibraltar, the view of the sea beyond Riviera del Sol. Because the property is elevated it does not get excessively hot in the Summer because there is a slight breeze from the sea. The terrace is sunny all day. From the front terrace and the second bedroom there is a lovely view of the well maintained garden.
Access to the parking is by a door at the bottom of the steps leading to the first floor apartment which has it’s own front terrace with bench.

In Winter we have found that because the terrace faces South there is very little need for additional heating although this can be provided by the hot and cold air conditioning unit which supplies hot or cold air throughout the apartment.
If you don’t feel like shopping local supermarkets will deliver to the apartment- Mercadona has an amazing piece of equipment that climbs stairs.
