Large lounge/breakfast room with TV, DVD, stereo (with IPOD connector), games, books etc. Shaded veranda outside kitchen with table and chairs. Stunning circular veranda outside lounge which has views to 3 aspects.
Woodburning stove for use in the winter months.
Shared access to a laundry room with washing machine.

Located on a hillside, overlooking a well known wine-producing valley in Pelau, Sardinia. This newly built property benefits from beautiful views on all sides and is a haven of tranquillity for any holidaymaker. The property is extremely spacious with large open plan living spaces and open terraces for most rooms. The property has been designed with the sun in mind - cool in summer but well lit and bright in the winter months. As we have a strong interest in being as eco-friendly as possible, the building has a number of features to try and minimise its impact on the environment. Property comprises 2 and 3 bedroom apartments that can also be rented as a 5 bedroom villa.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ein wenig abgelegen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, gepflegt und sauber, die Terrasse ein Traum (wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich). Klimaanlage funktionierte hervorragend. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet. Rita und Carlo sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden die Wohnungen jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Dream house

During the summer months, parts of Sardinian are an absolute nightmare - overcrowded and generally frustrating. This area is a lot more natural. The locals are friendly, helpful and much more authentic. The house itself is stunning. So much space, it’s untrue. So well equipped that you’ll feel like you’ve been living there for years. So peaceful that you’ll have trouble leaving. The hosts are so friendly, you’ll feel like you’ve known them years. Absolutely amazing. There are no actual words to describe how utterly perfect everything was. We have never had such a holiday that was so relaxing and interesting. We don’t normally go to the same place twice but that’s going to change.

12 wonderful days at Villa Gumtree

We spent 12 days with 6 adults in the Villa (upper floor). The house has magnificent views to all sides, spacious rooms and beautiful surroundings and is extremely well equipped with everything you need. Rita, Carlo and the housekeeper were very helpful - a really highly recommendable villa!

Fantastic property that is better than the description

This is a fantastic property with large rooms with a terrace off every room. You can follow the sun around the wrap around balcony and choose to be in the wind or retreat to the rear terrace where it is sheltered. The rear terrace also provides privacy from the property downstairs. The fully equipped kitchen and the gas BBQ were a real treat. Nearby you have various beaches with beach bars and restaurants and in the other directions are the mountains. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday this property is ideal.
