Thanks for your feedback but we think that is not fair what is written and we are really disappointed. You should read the description of our units to understand what you were going to book, that is...! 1)We have 3 units published on homeaway with different names and pictures but ALL on the same page, this is how homeaway manages the multiple rentals. Anyway, you can select which apartment to book on the menù right above the pictures of our units and in regards the pictures, there is written under each photo which apartment is and what is displayed, if you had read thoroughly there would be no problems once here. 2)Arrival time = what a big problem. We precise that has been really difficult to speak with you before your check in. Your phone always off and you have never answered to our emails, till you did not decide to contact us for asking a downgrade of the apartment few days before your check in...but we were fully booked and we could not give you any cheaper unit. Than, you have been always vague about the number of guests coming with you, the time of arrival and how you would have reached the apartment and once you gave us some precise answer, your plan changed the same day of your check in and the arrival time as well. You did not even call us 40 minutes before to arrive here as we require, you sent an email once you were already in Minori and we have been force to run from another town for welcoming you (before the official check in time, just to be honest and clear). 3)You complaints about the apartment and the number of the beds = everything is precised, of course, in the description of the apartment that you missed to read. We invite you to have a look right now, read just the first 3 sentences and that is... Please note that the 3 units published on homeaway are comprised of 1 bed + sofa bed each, so we do not understand what you were expecting to find once here. 4)In regards the complaint about the distance of the pool, we just copy what is written in the description of the apartment ( you missed it): the pool is reachable in 10 minutes walking or 2-3 minutes by bus/taxi. We also wrote this, under THE PICTURE of our pool. This is our advise as you are a young, young traveler: communication is the first thing when you book an apartment and the most important one is = read carefully the description of what you are renting for and you will avoid any issue once at the check in.
