Ananas is a self-catering apartment in the center of Minori boasting a spacious living room with a view of the sea, a kitchen and dining area, and a bedroom overlooking the Cathedral. Ananas is located in a restored historic palazzo in Minori, comfortable, roomy, and bright, the apartment has a bedroom with a king-size bed (on request, we can provide 2 twin beds), and a bathroom, and can host up to 4 guests as the living room has a sofa bed for two, if needed.

Ananas include internet, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, and stereo.

The apartment is in the heart of Minori, 50 meters - 54 yards from the ocean, bus stop, and ferry dock reachable in less than a 1-minute walk. If you'd like to visit Ravello, Positano, Capri, Amalfi, Salerno, or Naples, you can get there quickly and easily from Minori by taxi, bus, or boat (where and when is possible)! Pompei, Herculaneum, and Paestum are easily reachable in about 1,30h driving (we can also organize a taxi) or can be also reached by public transport.

Ananas is located on the fourth floor, there are 120 steps up to the apartment (there is no elevator).

Parking is available and starts at a rate of Euro 25 per day and may vary based on vehicle size and period.

Confirmation Policy :

For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay (+ service fee) is required at the moment of the booking, through HOMEAWAY/VRBO reservation system.

The balance will be paid on arrival.
The rental period can start and finish any day (according to the availability).

Check-in: any day of the week from 2.30 PM to 8.30 PM.
For arrivals from 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm, an additional fee of €30 will be charged.
For arrivals AFTER 11.00 pm, the fee increases to €50.
Check-out (any day of the week) is by 10.00 AM.
A different time can be agreed, according to the availability.

Amazing views!

Wonderful place to stay in the middle of Minori, cute restaurant and cafe right outside the front door. Views of the city out the windows are beautiful and amazing. Just remember, this is up about 120 stairs, not for people who have a hard time walking.

Our First Trip to Amalfi

All I can say is WOW! The property was exactly as described, including the 120 steps to our room. After getting to the room with our luggage, you quickly forget about it all. Really beautiful views, clean room, fantastic hospitality!! Wouldn’t change anything. Literally cross the street to the beach. Thank you to the Vincenzo & his team. We’ll be back

A must stay in Minori!!

This is the place to stay on the Amalfi Coast! Minori is quiet and charming and short ferry or bus ride to the other Amalfi towns. The place is on the 5th floor with the most beautiful views. The host was lovely and met us at the ferry dock and showed us to the place. Clean and spacious with everything you need. Highly recommend staying here!

Awesome town!

Perfect spot for my first trip to italy! Apartment had great views, was very well stocked, clean and convenient location to beach, stores reataurants and transpirtation by bus or ferry. Manager was very kind and patient with this 64 year old woman.

Amalfi Coast Dream

Very convenient location, clean, beautiful view of the sea. Staff is friendly, professional and prompt in responding. The 124 steps to the apartment may be problematic if guests are not physically capable. The option of final payment by credit card rather than cash would be safer and more suitable for your guests, especially for longer stays. Overall, so happy and impressed with our accommodations and would certainly return. Our compliments to Vincenzo and his wonderful staff !!

The property location was perfect. Nicely furnished and very clean. So close to shops and restaurants. Everything we needed to be comfortable. Giuseppe was so helpful and personable ❤️ . The only drawback is it’s very loud at night! But we were on holiday so…..

Lovely stay in a beautiful apartment

Apartment is centrally located with an amazing view from every room. Small city close to everything. Vincenzo and Franco very helpful, friendly and responsive to my calls. Apartment is on top floor but worth the walk! Pictures do not do it justice. Hope to return again soon.

The property was beautiful

This property was beautiful and we took advantage of the infinity pool for 2 full days. We were pretty burnt out on museums and sightseeing. So this was nice and relaxing, just what we needed. There were 125 steps and Norma one of the employees came to meet us and show us the apartment. So obviously we had to carry our luggage up all 125 steps. I know we weren’t guaranteed we would receive any help but other reviews mentioned they were helped. Vincenzo was and has been very reluctant to get back to me on my questions about the unit. In one review a guest mentioned the church bells rang all night long, so I asked him about that, he replied that he didn’t know and if I was worried about noise maybe I should stay somewhere else. He told me he would ask a local priest and never got back to me. So I decided to take a chance and stay anyway. I found the unit to be quiet and the church bells rang very infrequently. Every time Vincenzo and I were in contact we bantered back and forth. He was rude most time during all of our communications. He needs a personality upgrade.

Clean, ideal location, lovely view, great swimming pool

We stayed in Ananas (Fruit flats) for 8 nights and loved the apartment - it was in a quirky historic building and the apartment was lovely and modern. When we arrived, we were met at a cafe close to our apartment and the gentleman kindly carried our heavy suitcase up the steps, over his shoulder. It was a lovely gesture to leave a bottle of wine for us. The apartment was cleaned about every 3 days, bedding and towels changed which was ideal. Our teenagers slept on the sofa bed which was comfortable and we had a great view of the sea from the living room. The view from the bedroom was also lovely with a Basilica literally right outside our window. It was so nice to see to see the locals taking part in processions leading up to Easter and was quite moving/emotional. The apartment was well placed for visiting the local towns of Amalfi, Atrani, Positano, Ravello and Miaori. We did a walk from Minori to Miaori along the 'Path of the Lemons' which we enjoyed. We took a bus from Amalfi to Ravello and then walked approx. 1000 steps back down to Minori which was great. The bus stops just outside (SITA) the apartment so is great for exploring. You can also get ferries from Amalfi to neighbouring towns - we got.the ferry to Positano which was perfect - the bus trip back was very full and bendy but it was an experience. The swimming pool is a short walk up some steps and along a road but it is worth it as there were hardly any people there when we went - the view is amazing and is made even more beautiful with the lemon trees. The temperature of the water was good too. We would definitely recommend this apartment - we had such a lovely time here and had some great experiences. Amalfication were very helpful too. Great apartment and loved the town

We really enjoyed our stay at "Ananas" flat in Minori. First of all: the flat was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. Being able to look out the living room window at the beach and to hear the waves was lovely and the view from the bedroom of the church and town was picturesque. Those big windows let in so much light as well. The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of storage space, the kitchen had all the necessary equipment and it is nice to have a washing machine. The stairs up to the apartment (123?) were worth it for the view and allowed for extra slices of tiramisu. There was a nice bottle of local wine waiting for us as a gift. As for Minori: it was our favorite town on the Amalfi coast. It is charming with a nice promenade by the beach and relatively flat with good shops for meat, fish, fruit & veg and small grocery stores and many restaurants and amazing pasticcerias. The beach was wonderful - the water so clear and clean and the tiny pebbles so easy on your feet. The scenery on the Amalfi Coast is spectacular. We found walking to the pool at the other condo was very scary along the highway but we did gradually get used to it.

Almalfi Coast gorgeous Minori

With this stay you get to live right in the village of Minori. The village has a small beach with chair rental. We like having the pier for the ferry down the coast. We took private boat down coast .Thursday there was street fair that ended in a beach party . All over the village were small markets ,tratorias, bars, restaurants, bakeries, shops and we even found a small distillery. The house had excellent location with public bus stop in front. For we came by train . Franco from Almalfications met our bus . He insisted on porting the bags up to the 4th floor. The views from Annanas apartment were three sided ,ocean, church with bell tower and the cliffside lemon terraces . Large , clean well equipped and well cooled off . At night the wind blows right across the apartment. Franco spoke well enough to explain the air unit check in and check out and direction to the pool . He even arranged for a private boat ride down the coast for dinner at Ristorante Risorgimento. So fantastic to cruze down the coast and eat at small beach restaurant. We spent 3 nights and will return to explore more .

Nette Gastgeber, aber Aufenthalt nicht reibungslos

Auch, wenn man eine Stunde auf die Dame mit dem Schlüssel warten musste, war super nett und offen. Leider wurden die angezeigten Bilder des Apartments mit denen anderer vom Gastgeber vermischt, so, dass man einen falschen Eindruck vom Apartment bekam, was nicht nur zu einer kleinen Enttäuschung vor Ort, sondern auch zu unklarer Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber führte (bzgl. Anzahl Betten zB). Leider wurde zudem überhaupt nicht kommuniziert, dass der Pool 15min vom Appartment liegt, was eigentlich am ärgerlichsten war.

Vistas espectaculares en una costa Amalfitana espectacular

Apartamento amplio, muy luminoso y acogedor con excelentes vistas, limpieza mas que correcta, tal vez faltarian algunos detalles como mas perchas en el armario, algun accesorio en la cocina y algun sillon o silla auxiliar en el comedor. Calidad de sueño correcta, aunque la insonorización de la habitacon es casi nula en las dos ventanas pequeñas. No podemos poner cinco estrellas porque nos encontramos con la sorpresa de cinco pisos de escaleras, no hay ascensor y consideramos que con el precio del apartamento el ascensor es imprescindible, sino resulta caro. Volveriamos seguro pero con ascensor. Lo mas descatable con diferencia es el acceso que se ofrece en una espectacular piscina con increibles vistas.

Heaven on Earth

There is not enough for me to say about this property and Vincenzo and his team. My friends and I split our stay between the sea view and cathedral view ( we loved both and miss Minori so much) The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for a group of 4 it was nice and private lots of room to move around with luggage. The Decor is also warm, inviting and modern making your stay feel like you are at home. The sea is mind blowing, and breathtaking. The entire apartment was clean and perfect. The washroom was spacious as well as the bed room and common living space. The sound of the waves at night is worth a million dollars. There is nothing as peaceful out there. The balcony provides and amazing view of the town sea front. Vincenzo also helped us plan and book how we would get from the airport to the apartment taking some worry and stress off our shoulders. He is promt at answering to emails and assured everything was ready for us when we arrived. When we arrived to the apartment Vincenzo had Francesco meet us outside the apartment, he was there waiting friendly and kind. He helped carry our suitcases up ( he did most of the lifting). He then let us into our apartment provided us with a tour and explanation of where everything was in town.( his directions were spot on) Minori is a hidden gem, it was beyond perfect, the people of this town are kind, welcoming and over all amazing! They welcomed us where ever we went. Minori Is the perfect location for anyone looking for a beach nearby. But it is also just steps away from the boats and busses. Not to mention the cafe right next door to the apartment. it's the perfect spot to wake up walk down and grab your morning cappuccino and then start your day. Everything is within walking distance, bars, restaurants and cafes. The food was fresh and delicious where ever we went. As we interacted with others they would offer suggestions of places to try and things to see. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Minori is 15 minutes at most from the Amalfi coast and is the perfect vacation destination. I would reccomend the apartments to all my family and friends. Just a note be prepared to walk there are a few flights of stairs to the top. After a while you get used to it, plus it's Europe so you don't mind the extra steps. My friends and I hope to some day come back to one of the most amazing places we have been too xo
