The cottage is suitable for 2-6 people. 4 km from Hotell Järvsöbaden and 5 km to the two six-seater lift in Järvsöbacken (20 slopes and 8 ski lifts). 12 km to Harsa (one of Sweden's best areas for cross-country skiing) with 85 km of classic tracks.

Nice view (you see Järvsö ski slopes and the mountain Järvsöklacken from all rooms). The cottage is located in scenic Tå/Nybo, plot size 2300 sqm. Nice walk to large sandy beach in Ljusnan (the Mines beach about 20 min walk from the cottage). Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven/grill, ceramic hob and microwave. Countertops in solid oak.

Bedroom with double bed (200x160 cm) and two single beds (200x80 cm). All beds of good quality (pocket spring + bed mattresses). In the two rooms that have beds, all windows are equipped with blinds.

Living room with dining table, Dux sofa, armchairs and bunk bed (two beds 190x80 cm with box spring mattresses of good quality + bed mattresses).

The bathroom has water toilet, shower, sink + washer/dryer.

Large hall with plenty of space for outerwear. Solid newly laid pine floor in all rooms except the bathroom.

The cottage has electric heating (new radiators/electricity converted 2020). 3-phase Nibe water heater. Electricity and water are included in the rent. The photos are mostly from 2024. Parking on the plot.

Duvets and pillows are included in the rent, but you must bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. The cottage must be left in the same clean condition on arrival, ie final cleaning is performed by the tenant before the cottage is left (all cleaning equipment is provided in the cottage).

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum rental period during the ski season is 2 days. During the summer, the minimum rental period is 4 days.
