Attractive, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom duplex apartment, located on the 5th floor in Block A, of the Skol building in Marbella. This bright, West facing apartment has great sea views, as well as over the communal pools and gardens. The popular Skol Complex, is front line beach and right in the heart of Marbella, and 50 meters away from the famous Marbella port. Surrounded by fine dining restaurants and also pubs, bars and shops.

This duplex apartment enjoys evening sun and your stay is guaranteed to be as pleasant as possible. Accommodation comprises; Lift access, entrance, large lounge / dining room with doors to the terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, etc. There is also a shower room.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with amazing views, a second bedroom with two single beds and a separate full bathroom with shower over the bath.

🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

❄ Private A/C in the bedrooms and the living room.

🏊‍ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

Excellent location can't be better. Apartment clean , ideal for your all your needs on holiday and Skol building, with grounds pool,s and gardens, over looking the Mediterranean.

Great stay

During our 4Days Marbella walk, we stayed in this apartment. Close to start and finish and close to the beach. We had a great week, visited the old town and enjoyed many great restaurants. The apartment was lovely and we sat on the balcony for breakfast and later in the evening. A second toilet could have been an extra (for two couples), but we managed.

Thank you very much for your review, it has been a pleasure to have you with us. There is no toilet on the lower floor because it is quite complicated to make a toilet, it has already been tried in other apartments on line 8 and they had to be removed, it is because of the position of the pipes to connect the toilet that is why there is a shower room without a toilet. The truth is that it would be great but it is not possible. We hope to see you for the next 4 Walking Days 2024 and if it is sooner the better. Best wishes for all of you! Marbella Skol

The location was perfect for all amenities such as shops restaurants and nightlife. Taxi rank was literally a few metres up from the apartments, if you wanted to go a little further. The view from the balcony was lovely! Overlooking the sea. The condition of the building was a little tired in places and in need of a bit of tlc in places but the grounds were great! With 3 pools all cleaned daily and access to promenade and beach.

Toller Aufenthalt in Marbella

Wir waren 6 Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung. Direkt am Strand, eigener Pool und sehr zentral gelegen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, gerne wieder.

A stroll along Marbella’s magnificent palm-fringed promenade has long been one of the town’s special charms. With views across the Mediterranean to the Rif Mountains of Morocco and a selection of stylish beach bars at which to enjoy a relaxing drink, it is a particularly attractive way to watch the world go by. Furthermore, Marbella has an extraordinary selection of beachfront properties along the seafront.

Stretching from the eastern fringe of Marbella town to Puerto Banús, this stylish walk—known as the Paseo Marítimo—offers the chance to take exercise in an elegant setting. Of course, the concept of a seafront promenade is not something confined to Marbella alone—indeed, most of the towns and cities on the Costa del Sol have one, even if few equal Marbella’s for style and elegance—but now an ambitious project to link them all as part of a 50-kilometer long promenade is well underway.
