Beautiful seafront apartment located in the Yacht Club, in a quality marine environment, overlooking the sea and the bay of Roses. Ideal for family holidays in L'Escala and Costa Brava.

Very well located at 150 meters from beach, it allows you to enjoy easily from the beaches of Cala Montgó, L'Escala and St. Martí d'Empúries.

Completely renovated, equipped and furnished two-storey apartment (2019), in the top floor, with exterior aspects and plenty of light and sun. The apartment size is 102 m² for up to 6 people. It consists of three double bedrooms, three complete bathrooms, large living room, dining room, open kitchen and a terrace. It offers WI-FI Internet and air conditioning in all the rooms.

On the main floor we find the spacious living-dining room-kitchen with lots of light, a 10m2 equipped terrace, a suite with a double bed and a complete bathroom with shower, a children's bedroom with bunk beds and a complete bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs we find a double bedroom with a double bed, a terrace and a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including the dishwasher. The terraces, the living room and the dining room are also perfectly equipped (check photos).

At 3 minutes from the beach of Riells.

Costabravaforrent Marina is located in a very quiet area in the fisherman village of L'Escala. Facing the lanscape of Rosas Bay, you will enjoy of beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

In front of the apartment is the Yacht Club of L'Escala where you can contract all kinds of water sports (light sailing courses, paddle surfing, canoeing, boating, etc.). There is also the diving company Orca Diving who will open the doors of the Mediterranean seabed.

There is no busy road at the bottom of the building.

Tout était parfait, exactement comme décrit sur le site... propre, rangé, accueillant, fonctionnel... et quel bonheur d'avoir plusieurs salles de bains quand on a des enfants !!! Beaucoup de remarques positives à faire aussi sur Cristina... Elle a été efficace dès notre premier contact. Les échanges ont été constructifs, et elle était très réactive. Nous avons été parfaitement guidé jusqu'à la récupération des clés, où Cristina et son mari nous ont chaleureusement accueillis. Elle a aussi su être présente et discrète au cours du séjour pour s'assurer que tout allait bien et que nous ne manquions de rien. Une belle expérience qui nous a permis de rentrer avec de beaux souvenirs plein la tête !

La qualité des prestation de rénovation est rare et il ne manque rien pour passer un séjour parfait ! Le seul 'Hic' c'est que pour se rendre dans la vieille ville où sont situés les meilleurs restaurants, il faut marcher 30 minutes ou prendre la voiture ! Sinon, cette location idéale pour 6 personnes est pour moi parfaite et son prix justifié. Nous reviendrons certainement. Olivier C / Août 2021
