Luxury penthouse consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large terrace with sea views, free WiFi available to customers, luxury furniture, large garage space and accessible from home and located in the Nautilus Urbanization of Luanco. It has included in the price consumptions, taxes, first-class linens and towels.

To the wonderful terrace of the penthouse that is its own. And of course to the large and accessible garage space directly by elevator of which the property disposes.

Exclusive property within the fishing village of Luanco. There is no other terrace as large and well equipped as this one. Luxury decoration throughout the house

The ideal (as in all of Asturias), is to have your own vehicle to move around nearby beautiful sites such as Candás, Cabo de Peñas or nearby and unique beaches in the surroundings.

Luanco

Beautiful view from huge terrace. The town is certainly not touristy. Interesting and friendly people even though it was difficult to get around and also to find a place to eat. The apartment was well equipped and very safe. So safe that I had a hard time getting out after leaving the keys.
