Sunny Central Apartment

Welcome to our lovely garden apartment which benefits from full sun all day. The apartment is located in central Llandudno with a short stroll to the promenade and beach. The apartment benefits from 2 bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds which are suitable for children or adults., we also have an self inflating double bed available. The apartment is fitted with a valiant central heating boiler, all rooms have radiators which makes the apartment very cosy. The bathroom has a shower. The large lounge/living room has a large table and four chairs. The living room has all the amenities you require including two large sofas, television, sky, free wi-fi, DVD player and reading material. For a relaxing evening, the wall lights are controllable via a dimmer switch.
The kitchen has all new appliances including a washing machine, integrated oven and hob, microwave, Fridge/Freezer, sink, draining board, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils, crockery, & cutlery required. The apartment also has an Iron & Ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hair drier.
To the front of the property there is a seating area with a park bench which fits four people for a relaxing evening al fresco dining experience.
For security, there are outside lights in the front garden and rear yard. The building is controlled via a fire alarm system which is checked weekly.
We provide a welcome pack which tea, sugar, coffee, semi skimmed milk.
