Luxury Villa on Texel near sandy beaches

Peace, privacy, luxury, relaxation, and nature are the pillars of the Princenhof. In this luxuriously equipped home for 8 people, you will want for nothing. The house features 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms can use the separate toilet and the bathroom on the landing. The house features a luxurious open-plan kitchen. The bright living room with a dining table offers comfort for a large group. You can park next to the accommodation in the central parking lot, where there are two charging stations for electric cars. For a delicious cup of coffee or an extensive dinner, you can visit the nearby Café Restaurant De Slufter, which features a fun playground for the children right outside the door.

The center of De Cocksdorp is 400 meters away, with various shops and restaurants. The island of Texel offers many cycling and walking paths. All sights, activities, and villages with terraces and shops are located within a short distance of each other. Take the children to the Caluna swimming paradise or to see the seals at Ecomare, and don't forget to stop for a drink on a terrace in Den Burg or De Koog. For hikers, the Slufter nature reserve is highly recommended, as is, of course, a unique guided mudflat walk.

De achtertuin moet je delen en heeft een erg lage afscheiding. De wasmachine en wasdroger bevinden zich niet in het huis, maar ij een aparte ruimte en moet gedeeld worden met de overige 3 woningen.
