The centre of De Cocksdorp is 400 m away with various shops and restaurants. The island of Texel offers many cycling and walking paths and the bicycle is the perfect means of transport at this location. All sights, activities and villages with terraces and shops are in a short distance from each other. Take the children to the Caluna swimming paradise or to the seals at Ecomare, and don't forget to stop for a drink on the terrace in Den Burg or De Koog. For walkers, the nature reserve "de Slufter" is highly recommended, as of course is a unique guided mudflat walk.

The villa has a spacious and luxurious open plan kitchen. The bright living room with dining table offers comfort for a large group and there is a washing and drying combination in the common room. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with bathroom en suite. On the first floor you will find 1 bedroom with bathroom en suite, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 separate bathroom. You can park your car at the villa and for bicycles there is a lockable central bicycle shed with charging facilities. Beds are made upon arrival. If you use the camp bed, you have to bring your own sheets and blankets.
