This wonderful summer house is perfect for a nice family holiday! A big plus of this house is the short distance to the Playa Ardiaca, the most southern beach of Cambrils, Costa Dorada. The water is calm, shallow and transparent which makes it perfect for families with small children. The 9 km promenade (walking/bicycle path) from Cambrils to the neighbouring town of Salou starts right here, on the beach. Needless to say, there are many beach activities that will make your summer unforgettable.



Ground floor:

- Entrance hall.

- Living / Dining room with air conditioning and large windows offering direct access to the shady terrace and garden with swimming pool.

- Well equipped kitchen with a private terrace and outdoor shower.

- Bathroom with shower.



First floor:

- Corridor with an air-conditioning unit for the 3 bedrooms.

- 1 double bedroom with double bed. Large terrace.

- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Sleeps 4.

- 1 small bedroom with bunk beds. (Perfect for small children)

- 1 Bathroom with bathtub/shower.



Exterior:

- Communal swimming pool shared by 3 houses ( the water is shared). It is divided into 3 independent areas with a physical separation (fences) and the use of each area is private for each house. Dimensions 5,3m x 2,65m.

- Barbecue area.

- Outdoor shower.

- Well maintained garden with plenty of shade and space to play.

- Porch equipped with garden furniture.



Good to know:



- This house is only rented to families. We do not accept groups of youngsters.

- Pet friendly.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

Online registration 48h before arrival is required (Royal Decree 933/2021). Keys are collected at the UHC offices, Av. Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
Check out before 10:00 am. Accommodation must be left as found. Final cleaning optional, but basic tidiness (e.g., garbage, dishes) required.
Outdoor pools (if available) are unheated and open 01/06–15/09 (dates may vary). Services may be limited due to unforeseen circumstances.

Super séjour...

L'extérieur de la maison : le grand jardin, la terrasse, la piscine, les transats. La proximité de la mer. Le quartier calme. La taille de la maison. La cuisine très bien aménager (beaucoup de vaisselle, grand frigo). L'intérieur de la maison est plutôt vétuste. Un bon rafraichissement peut en faire une maison magnifique.

Loved the location, a quiet area, only 2 mins from the beach. And it was dog friendly. The house itself could do with a little TLC. The house would benefit from some repair work. A lovely house, just needs a little maintenance.

Wonderful Holiday

The location in Salou, where the keys to the house had to be collected, was accessible and easy to find. The staff was very nice and helpful. Universal Holiday Center is easily accessible for questions (what so ever) during the holidays. They respond very quickly. The house was very neat and clean and corresponds to the online description. We had a wonderful holiday!!! I have no improvements at the moment.

Maison tres sympathique comme sur l'annonce proche de la plage calme rien a dire sur la maison en revanche l'agence de location tres moyens a nous de faire l'état des lieux il y avait quelques carreaux de carrelage casser heureusement quon les a vue et on a eu un problème d'électricité suite a un orage donc plus d'électricité pendant 5h suite a une prises qui a pris l'eau ca peux arriver mais l'agence a attendu 4h pour nous envoyer un technicien le lendemain je suis allé à l'agence pour leurs dire que c'était pas normal le directeur na souhaiter me parler alors quil était la j'ai eu le ménage offert parce que j'ai demandé et a la sortie pas d'états des lieux je trouve ça tres moyens Universal Holiday Centre

El emplazamiento de la casa, cerca de la playa y en un barrio muy tranquilo. La casa amplia con jardín y piscina. Ideal para descansar unas vacaciones. La cocinas bastante bien equipada, vajilla, cubiertos, sartenes, cazuelas, etc. Hemos echado de menos algunas cosas que considero imprescindibles a la hora de alquilar una casa o apartamento, como son: el jabón de manos, paños de cocina, gel de baño...

Todo perfecto la única pega por decir algo un poco alejado del centro de Cambrils por lo demás situación playa y el alojamiento muy bien para toda la familia hemos disfrutado mucho
