Villa Tropical is located in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. This detached

Layout

Villa Tropical is a villa with a private pool and large terrace. The
villa is set over one floor. Access from the patio is onto the
comfortably furnished living room with dining area and kitchen. There
are three bedrooms (one double bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2
twin bedrooms) and one family bathroom.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors
to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator,
stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Bedrooms
Villa Tropical has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.

Pool Heating
This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating can be provided for an additional fee. If it
is required please contact us for further assistance.
Additional Information

The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till
30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of
€25 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Pets - not allowed
