Welcome to Eva’s Cottage – a beautifully refurbished stone cottage in the peaceful conservation village of Avon Dassett, perfectly located on the Oxfordshire/Warwickshire border, right on the edge of the Cotswolds.

Absolutely fantastic! The listing, descriptions & photos are totally correct, the Cottage is cosy, warm, comfortable & absolutely delightful in a beautiful, friendly village with a wonderful gastro-pub & gorgeous countryside on the doorstep. Can't recommend it highly enough!

A perfect place

The cottage is equipped with all amenities, the house decorated with a lot of sense for creating an special atmoshpere. We especially loved to sit outside in the little yard in the morning and in the evening with warm weather, but the sitting area on the third floor seems also to be a perfect place to relax and have a good time together - when temperatures are not so inviting. The village is a quiet place, a nice restaurant in walking distance, and several public footpathes can also be reached by walking, hiking though the lovely middle english landscape especially in the morning. Also a longer walk to burton dassett hills is a nice activity. For driving Banbury is not far away, and Oxford also can be reached easy for a day trip. Every thing in the house is well considered to make the stay as pleasant and cozy as possible - last but not least we like to thank the friendly and helpful owner who was available at any time and for all our questions. Thank you very much!

Avon Dassett stay

Fabulous little cottage - everything you need, clean and very comfy. We all had a great time- close to the Cotswolds for days out, fab walking and the pub down the road was excellent. Would highly recommend

Beautiful Cottage in a beautiful location

I would definitely recommend this cottage. It is spotlessly clean, very tastefully decorated and had everything you would need for a fabulous stay. Communication with the owners was outstanding. We had a wonderful time.
