The Atlantic coast of Cascais sparkles directly in front of the Ocean View I apartment, boasting spectacular open and uninterrupted ocean views.

THE CONDOMINIUM
The ‘Ocean View II’ private condominium is equipped with secured entry and exit points. A porter is available 24 hours daily. There is a swimming pool at the front of the complex, which is for the exclusive use of the residents of the condominium. Also near the swimming pool is a private outdoor parking area reserved for the residents of the condominium, where one of the parking spaces can be occupied for each apartment rented. Usually there is no problem finding a space in the private parking area, but in any case, there is plenty of street-side parking.

THE APARTMENT
The large open space terrace with spectacular ocean views is furnished with an outdoor dining set, deck chairs and retractable sun canopies that cover the entire terrace. The apartment has one en-suite bedroom and two bedrooms that share a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have open and uninterrupted views to the Atlantic Ocean and have direct access to the terrace. At the entrance of the apartment there is a guest bathroom, and furthermore a charming and cozy sitting/dining room with comfortable furniture and a fully equipped kitchen.

Appliances in the kitchen include an oven/hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, an electrical kettle, a juicer, a coffee machine, a clothes washer and a dishwasher.

SERVICES
Linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided to our guests and air-conditioning and heating systems are available in each of the rooms, as well as a central radio system. A large size smart tv and dvd player are also available for guest use. 5G wifi nternet and English TV channels are also available. We offer if requested upon booking, a weekly cleaning service of the flat that includes a change of bedsheets and towels at an extra charge. We can arrange additional cleaning on a daily basis (to be paid directly to the cleaning lady) only if requested and confirmed upon booking.

WELCOME BASKET
On arrival and for your comfort we provide a Welcome Basket that includes a starter pack of groceries: tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, cheese, bottled water, wine, seasonal fruits, hand soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dish washing tablets and clothes washing detergent.

Lovely property on the first floor with good views of the sea, rocky coastline. 20-30 min walk into town centre, a car was very useful for travelling up the coast/inland to see some great beaches and scenic towns. Generally property was very clean and well presented. Some small minor areas needing attention: toilet seat in en suite and aircon in same room.

We stayed for a week at the property which is clean and in a fantastic location for all amenities. The bedrooms are a great size and the living area is useful for a family to relax on the balcony in the evening. We had everything we needed for the stay and would look to stay here again if we come back to Cascais.

Perfect location!I was traveling with my brother and sister in law, Yasmine was so inviting and caring about our stay. Yasmine worked with us to make our arrival seamless and answered all our questions. We couldn’t have had a more compassionate and complete host. This was the perfect location as we could walk to the beach in 20 minutes or walk to many restaurants. We used Uber to catch the train to Lisbon we were there in 30 minutes very scenic trip along the sea. The 24 hr Porter and swimming pool was a great bonus. Convenient having a wonderful VIP grocery store and Pastelaria Padaria for treats across the street. The apartment was very spacious incredible views of the sea, clean and comfortable. We all would recommend this place and hope to stay here again in the future.Thanks so muchIrene

Amazing and Beautiful

We booked this because two of us were competing in the Ironman Cascais. This apartment was in the perfect location. It has beautiful views of the ocean and is quiet. The apartment is well appointed and has everything you need. We would book here again and certainly when we come back. Everything was perfect.

Great place in convenient location

This is a comfortable home with lots of great amenities in a good location. We were able to walk to a lot of places, and others were an easy drive away. There's secure parking available as well. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were well organized and functional as was the kitchen. Yasmine was easy to work with and helpful. We would stay here again or recommend it to friends.

Amazing sea view

Lovely flat in quiet location on edge of town, but very accessible via scooter, bike, uber. Fantastic local amenities and brilliant new supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. Great view, Quiet location, great pool, friendly porters. Nice welcone pack. Would definitely stay again. Jasmine very helpful. Vrbo great at helping resolve v small contact issue.

Fantastic

Yasmin was lovely and let us check in a bit early. She showed us round the place which was very well equipped and she'd even left some food and drink which was kind. The apartment is huge. Very clean. A big balcony with a perfect view overlooking the ocean. The pool was amazing and hardly anyone in it. We always got a sunbed. I cannot fault this place. It's such a great location and I would definitely go back and recommend it. Thank you!

Fantastic place in a great location

Wonderful property within walking distance (along coast) of Cascais. We used the pool every day and the large terrace was great for relaxing and enjoying the view. Casa de guia was just around the corner with great places to eat and drink. The apartment was fantastic very clean, had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

1st trip to Europe

My wife and I, along with our two closest married friends decided we’d start with Portugal as our first trip to Europe. We opted to stay just outside of Lisbon so we could do day trips to various areas of the country. We chose this property in Cascais based location, size and reviews. Everything we read was spot on. From the initial communications with our Yasmine, the welcome greeting and the wonderful ocean views. This served us quite well with more than enough living space for four people to feel comfortable There is a small market directly across the street and a cafe just up the road I would highly recommend this property. Wonderful sunsets from the balcony to enjoy a glass of wine with friends to talk about the days journeys

Lovely apartment

This is a really great apartment. Very comfortable and spacious with a lovely view over the sea. One of our group had a significant birthday while we were there and Yasmine provided a really nice birthday celebration, along with a very welcome pack of food and drink. The weather was mixed but it didn't matter because Cascais is such a beautiful place to visit and Ocean View was the perfect base. Would love to stay there again.

Amazing Apartment in Cascais with a Beautiful View

We had the most amazing time staying in this beautiful sea view property. Everything from our arrival to departure was beyond our expectations. The apartment had everything we needed and was spacious and beautiful. The location is incredible and we highly recommend this apartment. Fantastic apartment

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. It is light, spacious and quiet. Everything is provided for a really comfortable stay. The furnishings and fittings are of a very high standard. Yasmine greeted us when we arrived and was happy to answer any queries throughout our stay. She provided some welcome provisions (bread, coffee etc) which was a very nice touch. The pool was superb and not busy at all. Cascais is about a 30 minute walk along the sea front. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. We had 8 days but would happily have stayed for 8 months! We would love to go back.

Superb Stay in beautiful Apartment

We had a wonderful holiday in Cascais, spending 5 days in this beautiful apartment. It was exactly as presented and even exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for us, quiet and yet close enough to the town of Cascais and nearby beaches. Yasmine was an excellent hostess. She facilitated our arrival and check-in and departure with such ease and comfort. There was a welcome pack of fresh foods and essential groceries which was much appreciated after our travels. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with bed linen and towels of the best quality. It was so comfortable, cool (with air conditioning if required) and quiet to ensure a good nights sleep. The balcony was spacious and accessible from kitchen, sitting room and 2 bedrooms which enhanced the feeling of space and light. There was also plenty of furniture on the balcony for sitting/lying/dining out. My husband and 2 adult sons loved our stay and would hope to return again. I would like to say a big Thank- You to Yasmine for all her hospitality.

Great home base

Apartment is as shown. No bad surprises. Very attentive owner with generous supplies provided on arrival (eggs, bread, juice, cheese, shower gel, etc). Great place to start and end the day after visiting the area. Enjoyed the pool. Market and pastry/bakery across the street very practical.
