Hi! I’m Delmy, originally from El Salvador, but I grew up in San Francisco, California. I’m a bilingual host (Spanish & English) who loves welcoming guests from around the world and making them feel right at home.

I’m passionate about scuba diving, traveling, and learning about different cultures. Hosting gives me the opportunity to connect with amazing people and share the warmth, beauty, and local charm of El Salvador with others.

This neighborhood offers the perfect balance of safety, privacy, and convenience. It’s a gated community with 24/7 security, which gives me and my guests peace of mind, especially for families or solo travelers.

I love how quiet and peaceful it feels, while still being just minutes away from everything—supermarkets, local food spots, pharmacies, historic downtown and even the stadium and U.S. Embassy. There’s a strong sense of community here, and you’ll often see families enjoying the park, biking, or walking their dogs.

It’s the kind of place where you can relax after a busy day, enjoy a BBQ in the patio, and still have easy access to the best that San Salvador has to offer.

The house is fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped for short or long stays, with air conditioning, fast WiFi, a washer and dryer, a cozy patio with a BBQ area, and even two covered parking spots—a rare find in the city. Guests love the peaceful atmosphere of the gated community, along with the family-friendly amenities like the playground and bike trails.

What really sets it apart, though, is the location: you’re just minutes from supermarkets, local pupuserías, pharmacies, Santa Elena, the U.S. Embassy, and Estadio Cuscatlán—while still being tucked away in a safe and quiet residential area.
