This brand new studio apartment is a delightful oasis that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The recent renovation has transformed this space into a cosy and refined environment, offering everything you need for an unforgettable stay.



As soon as you cross the threshold, you will be struck by the unique atmosphere of this flat. The careful design with vintage materials and a refined style creates a cosy and peaceful ambience. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city.



The living area features a large sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring the city. You will also find a dining table, a TV and a fully furnished kitchen.



Through an elegant archway, the sleeping area awaits you with a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful sleep for all guests.



The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower cubicle, offering comfort and convenience.



The central location will enable you to easily reach the city\'s main attractions, while the silence and unique style of this studio apartment will make you feel at home.

Great property

Super easy to access by public transport and to find it, digital keys for doors worked perfectly, and a quiet location at night but still close to places to go out.

Spacious and clean

Great apartment! Very close to city center, duomo, and restaurants. It’s very big compared to other apartments in the area.

Beautiful Studio in a great location

Just fantastic. The location couldn’t be better. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of dining options and things to do. 10/10. When I come back to Milan I hope to stay here again.

Great location

Located near multiple bars and restaurants with quick and easy access to public transportation for all areas of the city. Only drawbacks were a very small shower which took a little getting used to and the washer has no instructions for its use. Instructions in Italian can be found on line but not adequately translated to English.

The property was lovely, and the check in and check out process was made easy by all the information they provided. The location was accessible for public transit. A few things that the place was missing that was not expressed through the posting on Expedia. The posting says that there was a dishwasher on site, when we were there it was broken and had a foul smell coming from it. I had a hard time standing in the kitchen area without smelling it even with the door closed. There was no soap available (hand soap, dish soap or laundry detergent). When I asked the property group about it, I was told that in the listing it says there is no soap. They also told me the dishwasher is broken and the amenity had been taken off of the listing. When I went to review the listing on Expedia, there is no mention of the lack of soap (I can understand dish soap and laundry detergent to an extent - although a washing machine and a dishwasher is listed as an amenity, I feel the tools should be provided to use such amenities), but not providing hand soap is a little strange to me, considering many people are travelling. I was also told that since they were aware that the dishwasher was broken, it has been taken down from the listing. This was not the case from the listing I was seeing on Expedia. Everything was great, just make sure to bring your own hand soap if you plan on washing your hands, your own dish soap if you plan on using any dishes, and bring your own laundry detergent.
