The private grounds extend across 400 m2, providing ample outdoor space to enjoy the Mediterranean surroundings. Wireless internet access is available throughout the property, keeping you connected during your stay. Parking is conveniently provided on the premises for up to 2 cars, with motor access to the house via an unmade road approximately 30 m in length. Situated in the wider area of Šibenik, this residence combines seclusion with accessibility, making it an ideal base for exploring the stunning natural landscape of the Croatian coast.

The outdoor spaces of house "Petra" are perfectly suited to relaxed seaside living, with a private property of 400 m2 offering generous room to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings. A barbecue is available on the premises, ideal for alfresco dining and evening gatherings in the warm Mediterranean air. The property sits directly on the beach, with a pebble and rocky beach just 10 m from the house, allowing effortless access to the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic. Walking paths are accessible from the house at a distance of 200 m, while a cycle lane can be reached within 250 m, offering excellent opportunities for outdoor recreation and exploration of the surrounding landscape.

Other Information

Please be aware that the ground floor of the property is closed and not occupied during your stay. Regarding water supply, the tap water does not meet drinking water quality standards, and the property is supplied by rainwater collected via a cistern. Guests are therefore advised to make appropriate arrangements for drinking water. The house is accessed by motor vehicle via an unmade road of approximately 30 m in length.

On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This level also includes a dining room equipped with a flat-screen television and air conditioning, with direct access to a roofed terrace of 20 m2. An open kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, and a freezer. A bathroom with WC completes the ground floor.

The top floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and features sloping ceilings throughout, creating a characterful and intimate atmosphere. A dining area with sloping ceilings ranging from 175 to 270 cm in height and air conditioning offers additional living space, with access to a second terrace of 20 m2. The first bedroom on this floor also has sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 190 to 270 cm and is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a balcony. The second bedroom on this level features the same sloping ceiling configuration, ranging from 190 to 270 cm, and is furnished with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with access to a balcony. A second bathroom with WC serves this floor.
