Everything went very smoothly with the host and the apartment. The location is perfect: you can reach beautiful beaches and the town center by foot, but you can also explore stunning bays within a 10 min drive. The apartment is quiet, cool (we never had to turn on the AC), and clean. It has everything you may need. The only downside was that the fridge was very small and it didn't work that well (it didn't keep food and liquids as cold as you would expect). I think this may be a problem only if you cook a lot at home (as we did) and you want a very cold beer when you get home :) Another aspect I would highlight is the fact that the host speaks German and not English.
