It has a wonderful stone terrace furnished with a large dining table and chairs. The elegant swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawns and other Mediterranean plants.

The villa is distributed over two floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, a breakfast table with chairs and large sliding doors opening onto the covered terrace. The spacious lounge/diner also has doors opening onto the front terrace.

The rest area consists of 5 bedrooms. Specifically, there are 4 doubles and another double.There are also three bathrooms (one of them en-suite). The villa is completed by a beautiful built-in barbecue located on the front terrace, near the pool.
