A spacious, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa. Ideally located between Begur and Sa Riera. A five to seven minute safe walk to lovely Sa Riera beach (uphill on way back) and 5 mins by car to delightful Begur, a pedestrianised architectural gem, with authentic bars, restaurants and specialist shops. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning which together with new mattresses and quality bed linen should ensure a good nights rest. An excellent house for a big family group who want a little privacy too.
The space
The hillside garden with abundant bougainvillea, many oleanders and cacti, magnolia, fig and lemon tree offers an attractive outlook from the terraces which run the entire width of the property on two levels. Due to the slope of the garden, however, it is not a play area. There is a covered dining area with a large table to seat 8-10 people comfortably and gas barbecue. The private pool (approx. 8m x 4m) with eight sun loungers is in the sun for all of the day in the high season. For guests who prefer some shade we have an open-sided outdoor room with two large sofas overlooking the pool. An ideal hideaway for children to play out of the sun and we have even had a baby paddling pool in there! The villa is situated in a private road serving just five properties so with little traffic and beautiful views, it's a most peaceful and relaxing location. There is private off-road parking for two cars.
Guest access
The entire house, pool and outside terrace space is available to the renter with private parking for two cars.
Other things to note
Guests must ensure that they remove their rubbish from the property and take it to the secure communal bins in the area for which they will need a key. This should be done regularly during their stay and before departure. If rubbish is left or the key is lost there will be a €50 fine.
