Lovely modern family house near the gorgeous beaches of South Devon. Located in the South Hams, our welcoming and spacious home is perfect for family gatherings or a trip away with friends. Located on a beautiful, quiet private estate with 18 acres of shared grounds to enjoy. Local beaches, towns and villages all a short drive away. Allocated parking on site, Wifi, towels and bed linen provided. One well behaved dog welcome.

Our 3 bedroom house is set in the 18 acre Fallapit Estate where you are able to enjoy the beautifully kept shared grounds and where it it is paradise for children to run around. There is a lake with a pontoon to sit and enjoy a quite drink or chat with friends and plenty of woodland and walks to explore around the site. The modern barn conversions are perfectly located within easy reach of a number of gorgeous Southern Devon beaches with South Milton, Bantham, Thurleston, Slapton Sands, Beesands and Salcombe all about a 20 minute drive away.

Amazing stay at a beautiful place.

Clean,peaceful,spacious,comfortable beds,with BRILLIANT electrical appliances and the location was easy to find with instructions given once booked. The all family loved it and we look forward to going back again next year. Was close to many lovely places and beaches in South Devon.

Delightful!

We enjoyed 4 nights in this lovely location.. tucked away in beautiful countryside but so close to Kingsbridge. The house is superb.. beautifully clean.. exceptionally comfortable …incredibly well equipped…& in such a beautiful peaceful spot. Could not have been better!

Very fancy rental in a lovely location

2 Dufour is a truly lovely rental, very clean and superbly equipped with everything we needed and more. A true home from home with high quality furnishings and equipment. I visited with my partner, my mum and her dog plus my daughter and there was plenty of space for us all in the spacious property. The acoustics aren’t the best and sound does travel due to the open plan nature of the main living areas but that didn’t affect our enjoyment too much. The location is fabulous, very quiet and within walking distance of the village where there is a popular pub. The wonderful beaches at Bantham and Bigbury on Sea and the funky town of Totnes are a short drive away. We were here only 3 nights so didn’t have time to visit Dartmoor which is also close by. We loved our trip and will definitely return to this wonderful part of the country. We will be recommending the property to our friends.

Beautiful place to stay

I stayed here with my kids to be near my parents. The estate is a beautiful and tranquil. The house is very well equipped and the layout is perfect. We had a great stay. Highly recommend the house.

Simply fantastic

We had an amazing stay, the online photos don’t really do the property justice - it was absolutely perfect! Lots to do in the area. We will definitely be back!
