With an absolutely fantastic location in the 1st row to the water in Præstø is this cottage, where you can jump directly into the water at the end of the garden. The ground floor consists of a large entrance / entrance area with a spiral staircase, which leads up to the 1st floor. From the entrance hall there is access to a large bedroom on one side of the house and on the other side you enter the large bathroom with underfloor heating. There is a nice large, open kitchen and a large living / dining room with panoramic views to the garden and the water. In the living room there is the possibility of an extra bed for two people on a sofa bed. From the living room there is direct access to the huge wooden terrace, where you can enjoy the magnificent view, turn on the grill and enjoy life. On the 1st floor there are two large double bedrooms and a landing. From the rooms there is also direct access to an absolutely fantastic roof terrace, where you can also enjoy the view and not least the sun. As an almost neighbor is the very cozy and lively marina, where various restaurants and cafes can be enjoyed. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
