This beachfront apartment is part of the Carabela complex in the heart of Puerto de Alcudia.

It is a ground floor apartment that has a living room, two double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. It is a simple, fresh and very bright summer apartment with 8 m² terrace facing the beach, where you will enjoy stunning views of the sea and the marina. The apartment has Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

The complex offers two private pools.

This accommodation is ideal for a small family or a group of friends, uncomplicated stay, everything you need to enjoy the sun and the beach, with all facilities at walking distance. The bus stop is just in front so the car will not be necessary. Located in the centre of Puerto de Alcudia, next to the marina and promenade, where you will find souvenir shops, supermarkets, pubs, bars and good restaurants. Lively area both day and night.

Carabela gives you the best Port Alcudia has to offer.

We recommend hiring a boat trip, sailing from the port will take you to the Coll Baix and Alcanada, the Bay of Puerto de Pollensa and Formentor, with stops to snorkel, bathe in a cave, kayak or just relax, the tour includes lunch.

Best location in Port Alcudia!

We had a fantastic stay at this stunning apartment in Port Alcudia! It’s beautifully maintained, spacious, and perfect for families. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and lively nightlife. Highly recommended! Lucia, the house manager is absolutely wonderful. She helped to get us settled and had great recommendations.

Beautiful apartment exactly as described

My family and I stayed here and it was excellent. The apartment is exactly as Lucia has described it, and the area is incredible. Right on the beach, with restaurants and shops all around. It was very clean and Lucia provided many helpful essentials and non-essentials. Lucia was also very friendly and helpful with many great suggestions on restaurants and places to see. We very much recommend this place.

Perfect Location

This property is a great place to stay on Mallorca with family (2 teenage daughters). It is right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and water activity rentals. It is also a great location to leave from to drive and see all the major attractions of the island. Lucia (the property manager) was extremely easy to work with. She made us feel very welcome by starting us off with some food supplies representative of the island. Lucia was very helpful with restaurant and beach advice. She responded very quickly to any questions we had about the island. Can't say enough about how well this apartment fit our needs.

Urlaub Port Alcudia

Ein gelungener und schöner Urlaub! Die Küche, Terrasse und Aussicht in der Wohnung sind super. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, alles sehr neu. Location genau am Strand und Hafen. Alles vor der Haustür! Lucia hat uns herzlichst empfangen und war immer erreichbar! Sehr freundlich und professionell! Leider sind die Betten sehr unbequem. Sehr schlechte Matratzen. Hab den ganzen Urlaub auf der Couch geschlafen. Die Wohnung gibt an einen Safe zu haben. Dieser ist sehr klein und leicht und leider nicht an der Wand oder Schrank festgeschraubt. Jeder der möchte könnte den Safe ganz einfach aus der Wohnung tragen. Allg. glaube ich aber, dass die Gegend sehr sicher ist. Die Tür hat ein Doppelschloss!

What a stunning spot!

We stayed in this newly renovated apartment in August 2022, as a family of two adults and our two children aged 11 and 7. We had a fantastic stay - the apartment is fresh and modern and clean and perfectly located. We couldn’t believe the sea-view when we opened the doors on to the terrace! It was so convenient - the shared pool is just steps away, as is the beach, and the restaurants, and the supermarkets, and the marina - with a bus stop and taxi rank just outside. And Lucia, who we rented through, was so helpful and friendly - from the moment we booked, through to showing us around the apartment - she was always on hand to answer questions and give recommendations, and she booked our airport transfers too. There was always space at the pool, and it was a good spot for our children to make friends. The air conditioning was a blessing. The kids’ beds and pillows were comfy, but we found the main bed rather uncomfortable - but that’s a personal choice. The flip side of the convenient location is that it’s noisy at night, however we could put up with that in exchange for such a lovely apartment in such a beautiful spot. It made for a very “easy” holiday. Thank you Lucia!
